Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Decara.in. The following terms and conditions constitute our
Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays.
– If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order,
we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
-Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
– International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond
our control (such as natural disasters or courier delays).
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Decara.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during
or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside country. If we do, the rates and delivery times may vary depending
on the destination country.
6. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Decara.in ships to addresses within india, and certain APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, delivery
times to such addresses may take longer than standard delivery.
8. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you wish to cancel an
order before shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately.
