Refund and Returns Policy

At De Cara, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer
satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Please do not accept the tampered or torn package at the time of delivery. This would avoid the
inconvenience. However we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a
return:
– You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) which should be purchased

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at care@decara.in within 3 days of receiving your order to
request a return authorization.
2. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned product.
3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition, along with the return authorization number.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 3
business days.
– Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card
account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you
need to exchange a product, please contact us at care@decara.in and we will assist you.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at care@decara.in with
your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a description of the issue. We will assess
the situation and provide you with instructions for a return or exchange.
